Understanding the Sales Module

The Sales module provides a complete overview of your revenue performance, allowing both schools and photographers to easily track and analyse their sales data.

Event-Based Sales Overview

• When you access the Sales section from the left-hand menu, you’ll see a breakdown of sales by event.
  
• You can select a specific event to view:
  
  • Total sales
    
  • Number of orders
    
  • Revenue generated
    
  • A detailed list of individual orders
    

Customer Sales Report

• Use the Customer Sales Report feature to filter and review purchases made by individual customers.
  
• This helps you understand buyer behaviour and track down specific transactions.
  

Photographer-Specific Insights

• Photographers have access to additional views for:
  
  • Freelance Sales
    
  • Sales by Team Members
    
  • Commission-Based Sales
    

Each module gives visibility into who is generating sales and how much they are earning.

Exporting Reports

• All sales data can be exported for further analysis.
  
• Formats available include CSV and PDF.
