Whether you’re a freelance shooter or part of a photography team, signing up on SnapshotHub is quick and simple. This guide walks you through each step so you can start uploading and selling photos right away.
Step 1: Access the Signup Form
You can begin the sign-up process in one of two ways:
- Click the yellow “Sign Up” button in the top-right header.
- Visit the Photographer Signup Page (link placeholder).
A pop-up modal will appear:
Select: Photographer
Step 2: Enter Your Basic Details
After selecting “Photographer,” a new form will appear where you’ll need to enter some basic information.
Tick the checkbox to accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Create Account.
Step 3: Complete the Onboarding Process
Once your account is created, you’ll be redirected to a simple three-step onboarding flow:
1. Choose a Subscription Plan
Select from one of the following plans:Starter Essentials
- Price: Free
- Storage: 5 GB
- Best for: Beginners or casual users who want to explore SnapshotHub without a financial commitment.
- Frequent Events
- Price: $19.95 AUD per month
- Storage: 100 GB
- Best for: Photographers who cover regular events and need more storage and features.
- Price: $19.95 AUD per month
- Unlimited Potential
- Price: $59.95 AUD per month
- Storage: Unlimited
- Best for: High-volume photographers or studios managing multiple events and teams.
- Price: $59.95 AUD per month
You can upgrade or change your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
2. Upload Your Business Logo
You’ll be prompted to upload your business or brand logo.
This logo may be used on galleries, overlays, and invoices.
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG
3. Finalise Payment (If Applicable)
- If you selected a paid plan, enter your credit card details to finalise your subscription.
- If you selected the free Starter Essentials plan, you’ll skip payment and go directly to your dashboard.
